RETURNS

We keep it simple. 14 days, unworn, tags on. If something's wrong on our end, we'll make it right no matter what.

  • Item returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags still attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Items damaged or defective on arrival
  • Wrong item received
NOT ACCEPTED
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Tags removed
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Change of mind on sold-out items
  • Items not purchased from this site
Sold out items — Because we don't restock, we cannot offer exchanges on sold-out sizes. If you need a different size, initiate a return and place a new order while stock is available.
HOW TO RETURN

CONTACT US FIRST
Email us or use the contact page with your order number and reason for return. Do not send anything back without approval — unapproved returns will not be processed.

GET APPROVAL (1–2 DAYS)
We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, we'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.

SHIP THE ITEM BACK
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Use a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

REFUND ISSUED (3–5 DAYS)
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's processed.
